Thaiva Properties was founded in 2023 with a simple idea: that property, done well, doesn't need to be loud. There's no shortage of developers chasing quick flips and sourcing firms promising the moon. We wanted to do the opposite — buy fewer houses, refurbish them properly, and build a reputation that quietly earns itself.
Today, we focus on period terraces, semis, and family homes in neighbourhoods we know street by street — the kind of properties that have been lived in for a hundred years and, with a little care, are good for a hundred more.
Our sourcing service grew from the same principle. Clients started asking if we could find properties for them the way we found them for ourselves. The answer was yes — and that service now runs alongside our own refurbishments.
We only buy where we know the roads, the yields, the refurb costs, and the tradespeople.
