Thaiva Properties was founded in 2023 with a simple idea: that property, done well, doesn't need to be loud. There's no shortage of developers chasing quick flips and finder firms promising the moon. We wanted to do the opposite — buy fewer houses, refurbish them properly, and build a reputation that quietly earns itself.
Today, we focus on period terraces, semis, and family homes in neighbourhoods we know street by street — the kind of properties that have been lived in for a hundred years and, with a little care, are good for a hundred more.
Our finder service grew from the same principle. Clients started asking if we could help them locate properties the way we did for ourselves. The answer was yes — and that service now runs alongside our own refurbishments.
We only work in areas where we know the roads, the comparables, the refurb costs, and the tradespeople.
